What the request form collects

When you send a service request, the form collects your name, phone number, email address, the town or site the work is at, the issue you pick, any details you type and any photos you attach. That information is emailed to us so we can respond. We use it to quote and carry out the work you asked about, and nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone outside the company.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a bot is submitting it. Cloudflare processes a token and basic technical signals for that check.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it: pages viewed, roughly where visitors come from, which links get clicked, and whether a request was sent. Where you arrived from (for example a search, an ad or a referring site) is recorded alongside a request so we know which efforts are working. You can block this with any standard ad or tracker blocker, and the site still works normally.

What the site stores in your browser

The site stores a small record of how you first arrived, kept for up to ninety days, plus a per-visit record, so that attribution stays accurate if you come back later. Analytics sets its own cookies.

How long we keep things

Request emails live in our email account and are kept as business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
